it has to do with the aero dymamics off the vehical moving throught the air . it creates a vaccum behind the car, so when you open the driver and passinger window and one of the back ones it alters the direction of flow in the vehical . this causes turbulance( a sudden change from high pressure air to low prussure air and back) as the air passes through the vehical. its like going up and down an elevator 15 stories 4 times a second. that would cause anyone to get headaches
you can have tinted windows on the driver and passenger seats, i`ve seen many cars that do

Aircraft windows need to resist severe air pressure changes and pressure differential.
Pressure in the atmosphere doesn't break windows because there is the same pressure on both sides of the glass. Windows can break if there is a big difference on one side compared with the other.
the power window fuse is in the fuse box on the passenger side of the dash. Open the passenger door to locate the fuse box. the power windows is fuse holder #26.
The passenger of the 747 obviously has side windows. The cargo version also has side windows but only in the cockpit.
The front door windows do, and the very rear side windows pop open a little bit, that is all.
Driver and front passenger side windows must allow 70% light transmittance Rear passenger side windows must allow 40% light transmittance
mine does the same thing. no clue!
yes!
The only problem is that you may not be able to get windows updates. I know some people who have pirated windows and it runs fine. You will have annoying popups and a black desktop background as well, but your computer will run fine.
