My dream is being continued for 3 weeks so far and it wont stop Im not sure what to do or what it means What does it mean why is it only happening to me and not my friends?

Your probably just re experiencing it because it was from a trauma or certain experience you can't forget too easily. Dreams are your sub conscience telling you things and your friends would never really have the exact same dream because we all deal with things differently
If this is for someone you like then its quite good in a way it means you like him or her so much you can't get them outta your head :) go ask whoever or try to be friends with her.
