My driver's side wiper blade got stuck during an ice storm Now the sequencing is off and both wiper blades hit Can I make an adjustment or do I need a new motor?

If the wipers are operating, the motor works okay and does not need to be replaced. The wiper(s) sweep can be adjusted by pulling the arm out off the splines where it connects at the base and repositioning it so it will sweep correctly without over-lapping off the windshield or bumping each other. When the motor is stopped, if one of the blades is in the correct OFF postion, remove the one that is not lined up and line it up with the other. Do not push the wiper arm completely back into the splines until you have turned the wipers ON and ensure both operate okay. Then you can complete the re-installation by pushung the arm all the way in to the splines.
