That would be MY first guess. Second possibility might be the switch. Sometimes the contacts get corroded a little - try moving the switch a few times in rapid succession which might clear away any 'crud' collected on the contacts.

If you do not feel blowing air the fan is broken and needs to be replaced OR the fuse to the fan motor is burned out and needs to be replaced OR the fan switch that turns on the fan motor is bad OR the wires running to all of these is not connected somewhere. The solution? Check for a fuse in the fusebox that says "Blower" or "Fan". Remove it and put a new one in. If this does not work bring it to someone to test the other things, you cannot do it yourself.
