My friend has her period at my house and it goes on my bed and she trys to hide it what should i say to let her know if she needs anything shes welcome?

How about just dealing with it as a normal thing. Ask her if she has her stuff and tell her where the new sheets are.
It may embarrass her a little, but when you handle it matter-of-factly it will disarm all the weirdness and make it easier for her to talk. Rather like a doctor would do it.
