my guess he likes you. trust me im a guy and the only time my friends tell me to do something like that is when they now i like the girl. so he probly likes you and his friends are just making him do that to try and tick him off. also if they yell your name when hes around them and then have nothing to say to you when you turn around that means he definitely likes you. hope i helped if you have more questions post them on my message board :)
