Hi I live in India i have Hercules ACT110 Hybrid bicycle It doesn't has suspension and has very thin tires I want to add front suspension and mountain bike wheels?

It looks like it's a rim braked bike, which pretty much kills your idea of switching to MTB (26") wheels, as it would put the brakes out of reach for the rims. And sticking a suspension fork (which is taller) on it will change the geometry, and you might not like the handling any more. On top of that, buying bike parts are much more expensive than buying complete bikes, so it'll be fairly expensive if you want a decent fork. Luckily there is a kind of MTB called 29er, which has the same rim size as your bike (assumming it's a 622 / 28"), so you should be able to get some beefier tires for your bike . What you also could do is to get a MTB sus fork and a MTB (26") front wheel. It'll look quite silly but it will get you front sus, keep your brakes working and not mess too much with your geometry and handling - if you get a short travel fork. Your best bet though is to find someone who has a MTB but is looking for something more suited for road use and simply swap bikes with him/her.

Does a mountain bike have pedal brakes?

There's no law that determines how a MTB should look, so particulary child-sized ones may well have pedal brakes. But if it's an adult-sized one it'd be very rare for it to be pedal braked.

Can you change the tires on a mtb to make it a road bike?

You can put sleeks on wich will make it more fit for the road, but your mtb will still be a mtb.

Lightweight bicycles have what type of brakes?

Depends on how far you want to take it, and what kind of bike it is. The most common type of light weight bike is probably a road bike, and they are generally equipped with caliper rim brakes, with single-pivot being the lightest design available. But there are also light weight MTBs, and they generally run disc brakes. A MTB for flat terrain can still have straight-pull brakes(v-brakes), which is a kind of rim brake too. They can still be lighter than disc brakes although braking isn't quite as good.

What is a light and heavy weight for a mtb bike?

What is the difference between mountain bikes and road bikes brakes?

Same reason as a jeep won't do as well as a NASCAR car on a racetrack. The MTB is built heavier and stronger to be able to stand jumps and drops, which the road bike isn't expected to have to hold up to. The MTB riding position gives better view but more wind resistance than the road bike. Road bikes can have real aerodynamic and slim tires, while the MTB need wider more knobbly tires for traction on dirt. With that said, a MTB w/o suspension but with slick tires can make a real good bike for city/urban riding. Good overview, good brakes, nimble, rugged and manouverable. Usually speeds during urban riding isn't high enough for the improved aerodynamic of the road bike to mean much. Road bikes tend to be lighter, and faster on downhills.

How does a Shimano front derailer bolt to bike?

On a MTB it's usually a clamp that goes around the seat post. On a road bike it can also be screwed on to a soldered tab on the frame.

Is 30 pounds light for a bike?

Depends on the type of bike. For a road bike - no. For a hardtail MTB - no. For a full suspension DH MTB - kinda. For a townie/dutch bike with fenders, rack and all - yes.
