Since it is a sensitive subject, i won't say it isn't a "big deal".
If you're girlfriend lied about it, then she obviously thought it might bother you, which means she probably cared enough to protect your feelings, and that is a pretty big deal. You might find comfort in knowing that.
Everyone has a first kiss, personally, i can't even remember mine, and i am only 21 years old, so all heals with time.
You are likely to have many girlfriends in life, and the older you get, the less girls there will be who've never kissed anyone before you, this is something that we all must come to terms with.
If you're having trouble with it solely because she lied, then do a little research about why people lie, both in relationships and out of them, personally i like how the movie "Liar Liar" (Jim Carrey) portrays the psychology behind lieing.
In short, life is too short to spend it pondering over heartache. If you really like her, forgive her, and stand a little taller.
