My guinea pig won't eat the food that I give her When I give her pellots she'll eat a smidge but always knocks it over when I give her fruits and veggies she'll only eat a smidge?

I would take he to your veterinarian. But never change her food often. So, don't give her one brand one day, and a different the next day. This can make her ill. If you really want to change the brand of food she gets, add a bit of the new to her regular food daily, so eventually she is weaned onto it.
Also, don't worry if she knocks over her bowl, most animals do this.
Try to only give her fresh fruit and veg 3-4 times a week. But toast or low in sugar breakfast cereals can be given the days she doesn't get it.
Refill her water bottle daily and take out bits of treats like fruit she hasn't eaten.
