My hamster's legs are all red and have no hair and dotted His movements are fine but it seems to be his skin. I think he scratched and bit his legs. What happened help me?

He most likely has ticks or fleas. Make sure he has clean bedding! One change per week should suffice. But now you must take him to the vet and see what's going on. They will prevent the situation from getting worse or spreading.
