My hamster has a huge lump in her left cheek. Its not food. Its gotten bigger. She hasn't been doing much of anything and she has some pus coming out of her crotch and it smells bad. Is it a tumor?

In not sure about the lump but the white stuff means she is going in heat which is like a period for hamsters
