Honestly, if you're feeling low, he's going to feel low. the thing about marriage is that it is a joining commitment. If you are ecstatic about something, he is likely to be ecstatic for and with you. But if your self esteem is low about the way you look or the way you work, he naturally will feel the same way about you, which is not what a marriage should consist of. By being more positive and optimistic, you can show him that you are working on a better you and he will believe in you too. low self esteem is a heavy feeling but the harder you work to bring it up, the lighter you will feel and your marriage will be saved. It's impossible to wake up one morning and suddenly feel great about yourself, its all about the dedication and commitment, just like a marriage. Good luck!
