My husband was brought to the US by his parents as a young child from Mexico. How would he apply for citizenship and will the fact that we are married help it any?

After marrying a US citizen, a green card holder can apply for citizenship after only 3 years instead of 5. But if he had green card this whole time since his childhood, marriage does not matter, he can just apply for US citizenship and go through all steps.
You can go to the INS and do the necessary paperwork.
