My jaw used to have to be popped over and over again until it cracked and now it just gets stuck a lot I saw an Orthodontist and he said it will go away but I think I inherited it Name of this?

What you're describing is consistent with the symptoms of TMJ (TemporoMandibular Joint Disorder). However, if he didn't diagnose you with TMJ, then something else that can cause what you're dealing with is Stress of any type.
Stress causes us to tighten certain muscles, and the jaw is one of the most common (think gritting your teeth). It's apparent if you feel inside your mouth and can feel the misalignment of your teeth. Using a mouthpiece/mouthguard at night helps keep the jaw from tightening, but ultimately if it's stress related, only removing the source or finding a way to relax will give you any relief.
I've dealt with this for many years, but have learned to deal with it by using relaxation techniques, mental focus, and muscle relaxers when necessary.
TMJ is a specific problem that is well known - never take any one doctor's word for it that you don't have a specific issue. You can read more about TMJ at the Wiki link below.

Becuase at the time the bell was rang so often that it cracked. then they tried to fix it and did so. then they rang it so much again that it cracked all the way up and the liberty bell cannot ring again.

It is called the CV joint and the reason it keeps popping out is becuase the vehicle needs to be aligned. If you do not align the truck, it will continue to pop out.
