My last period was 11-14-2007 but i went to the doctor on 12-28-2007 and they told me i was 4 weeks but if i do the math from now back to nov 14 i should be 8 weeks so why is the ultrasound sayin 4?

Because after your period ends, it takes a couple of weeks for you to ovulate again.

Why not ask the doctor? Usually they time these things from the last period. But seriously, if you have a question about stomething your doctor tells you, you should speak up instead of asking anonymous people online. Great answer, applies to a lot on here. If 14.2 weeks by ultrasound, then 12.2 weeks from conception. But at this time can be a 4-5 days out either way.
