Depending on how severe the cut is - if not very jagged and deep - use antibiotic ointment on it daily. Apply a small amount to the cut. You could also get some cleanser from your local vet to wash it. If it starts to show signs of infection (red, pus, itchy, swelling) please take the mouse to the vet for professional care. Also, if the cut doesn't heal in a good amount of time, then it is time to see a vet.
