My mum and sister argue all the time and my sister does bad stuff I can't stand it because my mum has a lot on her plate with my nan and grandad and I am really worried so what should I do?

Believe it or not I am in a very similar situation. I know it's hard because you see your mother being stressed and hurt by things your sister is doing. And you really just want her to be happy. The best you can do for the both of them is help them the best you can. The small things count more than you know. Help take some stress from your mom by helping her around the house or offering to do things for her. Something small like telling your sister and mother individually and sincerely that you love them before you go to bed everynight can make a difference in their attitides knowing that someone loves them, is watching them, and is expecting them to be an example. You may not see results instantly, but you will see results. It may be weeks later, or years when they both will look back and remember that through this tough time in their life you were there to listen, not judge, help and love. Sounds like a mushy answer, huh? But it did wonders for me. Also it's okay to go to either of them and tell them it worries you. If anything, it shows how much you care.
