My pap smear result says that there are a high number of epithelial cells and high white blood cells...why?

Epithelial cells are a normal finding in a pap smear; that's the stuff that is meant to be "smeared." White blood cells are a nonspecific indication of inflammation; to learn about possible reasons, you should discuss with your health care provider, who has information about other testing that was done.
