My period has appeared on time but I've had one day of heavy bleeding and then nothing - am i pregnant?

If you have had one day of heavy bleeding then it may just be that your period is out of sorts this month. I have found that happens due to stress or just due to hormonal changes and are nothing worry about. If you have had unprotected sex recently or are concerned though then definitely take a pregnancy test. You'll probably find that your period will go back to normal.
