My periods are usually 4-5 days long but for the past few months they are only 1 a half days long they are regular and i am not pregnant should i be worried?

what age are you, dont worrie about these things it happens to every wowmen in the world if it sometimes happends to me i bring pads with me and my period book with me when im out shopping with the girls. My sister gets worried about this to sometimes othough she is only 11 . and i say to her calm down dont worrie stop acting like a drama queen. The reson why they only come 4-5 days then 1 and a half is because you already lost to much blood before if you get pains take a hot bath and some lavender oil in that can make you slepy and it calms you down. DONT WORRIE..

No you should not be worried. There are many things that can cause a period to be late even if you are regular. Being stressed, worried, anxious, stuff like that can throw it off by a few days to even a week. Like if you're worried about the possibility of being pregnant, and you know you took all the right steps in preventing a pregnancy, and there were no oppsies. You're just psyching yourself out, and that stress can actually delay a period. If you don't get your period within a week of when you normally start, do take a pregnancy test or consult your doctor.
