You can try to factory reset by first going into the fastboot screen. To do this, power down the tablet completely (long-pressing the power button should do this). Then, long-press both the power button and volume down buttons at the same time. It should take you then to the fastboot screen, which is a lying down Android icon with an open chest, up and down buttons on the side, and text. Using the volume buttons, scroll until you get to Recovery. Press the power button, and it should give you as one of the options wipe data/factory reset. Select Yes, then press the power button.
If this does not work, consult your tablet's manufacturer or carrier.
