Well, in the tangible sense of his being here and now and being able to talk, he is definitely dead and buried. However, in the sense of his life and times having relevance to present times, there is reason to think he is still alive. For example, being the first president, he shaped the job of the presidency. His farming experiments still are the basis for agriculture today. His actions during the Revolutionary War certainly helped the colonies separate from Britain.
He believed political parties would lead to chaos and unnecessary disputes (He was right)
Because he was brave enough to take his soldiers to war, and also win the war. Then, everyone thought he was a hero!George Washington is a good leader because he never gave up..he never settled for less, he strived to do his job right, and settle for victory..Yes, George Washington was a leader in the Revolutionary War, in which he won by having confidence in his troops and inspiring them and encouraging them. George Washington was a GREAT leader and good enough to beat the British!!!!

Yes. He wanted them to know that all of the colonies were behind them as they fought for their right to self-government.
There is so many things that George Washington Carver did to help us today. There are so many things that we use daily, that if it were not for what he did, wouldn't be here to make things easier for us. Like it sounds crazy, but the peanut is used for paper made from vines included that we use. We might not even have peper right now if it were not for him.
of course George Brady is alive right now

No, George Washington did not take the presidency in Washington, D.C. The city of Washington, D.C. did not exist when Washington became president in 1789. The city was not established until 1790 and he served his first term as president in New York City, and his second term in Philadelphia.
