just sit down and kick it near the bottom, rotate it and kick it again. If this doesn't work spray the nut holes and between the hub and rim (careful not to get any on disc breaks) with oil and use a 2x4 and/or hammer to hit tire. If it doesn't work, get a bigger hammer. DO this next one as a last resort. Very dangerous. If this doesn't work put a couple nuts on loosely and drop the jack, drive forward a tad then jack up again, that should knock it loose. Do you have the lug nuts off?
