I am pretty sure this is called a tundra.
In Siberia, the ground is frozen for about 140 days. Hence, the name siberia, which means sleeping land.
The tundra is where you can find treeless land where the ground remains frozen except for top few centimeters. This land has very few plants that can survive.
It would keep rolling.
the artic willow grows in the treeless plains with uneven ground dry, cold, open places, bogs, and meadows in Northern Canada, Alaska, Europe, and Asia. Although it s mostly found in Northern Canada and Alaska.
Rayleigh waves cause the ground to move with an elliptical, rolling motion.

Ice has a much smoother surface than the surface of the ground, therefore there is less friction acting on the hockey puck compared to a ball rolling on the ground. Ice is nearly a frictionless surface.
The Under Ground Railroad was in Northern Minnesota.
no
An earthquake.
Because the portion of tire touching the ground is not moving relative to the ground.
Friction from the air and ground will slow down the ball's motion.
