Taliban, although the name " fundementalist " is not clear and controversial as many people would interepret it differently and look at it from different angles.
"Taliban" is plural.The singular form of the noun is "Talib."The word Taliban is a proper noun, the name of a specific group of people. A proper noun is always capitalized. The group of people known as Taliban is a fundamentalist Muslim movement whose militia took control of much of Afghanistan in 1995. The noun Taliban in English refers to this group, of which there is only one Taliban.

It's actually the government file name of terrorists, there is no taliban per say, no one group but the government started calling terrorist groups taliban so it stuck.
Another name for opposite operations is inverse operations.
