Narrow cut along butt crack it burns when i wipe it with water and itches sometimes. I've been putting neosporian on it for a while now. and this cut has been here for months?

Same problem I have.. The Doc told me, that when moisture gets trapped in your but crack, it can cause fungus to grow there. This is typical in athletes, and people who do not dry well when they get out the shower. Try applying jock itch, or athletes foot powder to the area. Keep it dry at all times... you will be fine
