Hey there, I have endometriosis and there's a lot you can do. I'm personally on hormonal treatment, of course that's not natural but it is a great option. Another really big thing is diet and exercise...I know it seems like common sense but it really does make it better. Avoid white and wheat flour, try to stick to whole grains, have at least 10 servings of fruits and veggies every day (endometriosis weakens the immune system so you need more to compensate), try to get about 30g fibre every day as well.
