No a bridge does not need to be wet when it freezes because of the weather it is automatically cold and the only way it can freeze if you have ice or snow on the bridge
it's a glitch theres no way of fixing it
Freeze plugs are designed to blow out if the engine coolant freezes and then expands ( they are a " safety " device to hopefully keep the engine block / cylinder heads from cracking ) Straight water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit , but a 50 / 50 mix of ethylene glycol antifreeze and preferably distilled water freezes at - 35
It floats when it freezes.
It freezes.
When it freezes.
it's freezes
Freezes is plural. Freeze is singular.
Since water expands when it freezes, it causes cracks in rocks when it freezes inside them.
