Please be informed that my sister is affected swelling of throat glands and backside of ear. She is feeling pain continuously.
In ultra sound Report is:
1. Mild deviation of nasal septum to left with small-sided septal bony spur.
2. Bilateral inferior turbinates mild hypertrophy.
3. Pnematisation of the right uncinate process.
4. No significant abnormality in the paranasal sinuses.
5. Mild adenoidal enlargement
Ultra Sound in neck:
1. multiple small hypoechoic lymphondes in the right upper deep cervical region and submandibular region.
2. Thnx cutanous plane hypoechoic lesion behind the right ear adenopathy.
She is taking below mentioned tablets:
1. Bifilac
2. Dalacin c.300 mg
3. Pan D.
The report is telling as septal bony spur n bilateral inferior
I have to add another line to the above, the glands swelled because dryness of saliva since she already took migraine tablet.
