About $125-150 in excellent condition. They could be originally purchased in the late 70's for $74.95
First, it is Harrington & Richardson. Second- it depends. What is marked on the gun? H&Rs were made in .22 Short, .22 long, .22 Long Rifle, .22 Special, .22 WRF and .22 Magnum.
Remington did not make a carbine in .44 Magnum caliber. They did chamber the Model 788 rifle in that caliber. Do you have a Ruger carbine in .44 Remington Magnum, or perhaps a Marlin in that caliber? sales@countrygunsmith.net
No, there are .357 caliber bullets that are not magnum, but they are in the minority.
No. The .38 Special cartridge can be fired in a .357 Magnum revolver - and only a revolver, which does not require chamber headspacing - but it doesn't work the other way around. The .357 Magnum cartridge is too long to fit into a .38 Special cylinder, and the .357 Sig cartridge is in no way compatible, either with the .357 Magnum or the .38 Special.
A 44 magnum is just the new and improved version of the 44 special which the special is a 44 caliber. Magnum just means bigger so the 44 magnum is pretty much in between 44 and 45 cal. However, if you mean size, .45 is slightly larger in diamater than .44.
The letters AY which proceed your serial number indicate that your shotgun was made in the year 1982 by Harrington and Richardson. The disassemble of your shogun,I am not sure about. You may find a manual on E-bay,gunbroker.com,or at gunshows etc.Good luck in your search.

IF a rifle is chambered in caliber .35y magnum, yes. Among others, Marlin made a lever action .357 magnum rifle.
