This sounds like a scam. The pulmonary office has nothing to do or say about any other doctors billing. If you are a senior you are getting Medicare you should call 1-800-MEDICARE and ask for a local information resource in your area who can investigate your situation. Some community groups, churches and such provide this kind of service.
