You have a couple of options, do you want a wood structure or a metal frame structure? A metal frame gazebo would be easy to set up, but not as long lasting as a wooden gazebo. If you want a metal structure, simply go to your local home improvement store, pick one up and follow the enclosed instructions for setup. For a wooden structure you can either buy a pre-fab kit at a home improvement store (or online) or you can find free plans either online or at your local library. If you are fairly handy with tools, building your own gazebo from scratch is certainly a doable project.

Ladies and Gentlemen, if you're looking to replace damaged poles (especially different sized ones that connect) look no more! Because of the high price of poles from the manufacturer when mine was damaged due to snow (cause I'm stupid and left the tarp on), I simply used 3/4" conduit pipe, which was an exact size fit for replacement. I bought them at Lowes for $3.00 each, 10 foot long. I simply had to cut with a hacksaw or pipe cutter (cheap) and then drilled the holes where the bolts and nuts went. Beautiful job and it is 10-15 times stronger than the silly tin poles they sell you. This is easy and super cheap. I did four damaged poles for only $13.00! Ridiculous and these conduit will not rust! You may want and try "The CNDCS Canopy Company" - they have metal frame parts, canopies and mosquito netting - or for more general information refer to the related links. I purchased some spare parts for my easy up gazebo off eBay from a co.called Henley Leisure,they were cheap and just what i was after,saved me buying a new frame! If the canopy is manufactured by Numark; the webpage is below. There is a one year warranty--send them the receipt & the problem. Customer service was excellent.
