I had my 03 Expedition stuck in Seattle. I had been dealing with many shops trying to get my truck running to drive back to Yakima. Shops ended up replacing my starter, alternator, fuel pump twice. Had one shop figure out the problem for me down in Burien Wa Seattle. It was called Community auto service. Had it towed and sure enough figured out it was a shorted fuse box by the passenger side. It would have taken days to get the part, but they did manage to weld the damaged short in the fuse box to get me to Yakima. So it seems to me that most of the problems with this truck is with in the fuse panel. Any where I could find a used one??
The fuses are listed on the cover of the fuse box. If you need a schematic or wiring diagram you will probably have to buy a service/repair manual.
The layout is on the cover panel of the fuse box. Otherwise, you'll have to buy a manual.
You will have to customize one... these fuse boxes were built without covers because they are already out of harm's way.
At the mall
Drivers side under the dash. It is labeled at each fuse what they are for. If you need further help on the wiring then you are going to have to buy a manual.

go to walmart or auto zone buy a new cd box or goto a mechanic
It doesn't use a fuse but instead uses a relay which is located in the main fuse block. Problem is, you can't buy just the relay as it's soldered into the fuse block. You need to replace the whole fuse box. This happened to me when my fan would not shut off. The relay gets stuck in the on position. Temp fix is to open the fuse box cover and tap the relay to release the contacts. Or spend $300 on a fuse box for a $4 relay.
Dealer or salvage yard.
you can always buy more, either from an auto store, but always from the dealer. The cover to the fuse box usually tells you what the fuses are and what amp they are.
The fuse box is located below to the left of steering wheel alongside brake pedal. Normally a fuse box diagram shall appear on the side of your glove apartment or on the cover of your fuse box. If you still do not find the diagram, you can search online or go buy a manual from a local dealer.
buy a chiltons repair manual from a parts store. that will have everything youll ever need to know. its about 20$
