I'm a mechanic and it took me about 6 hrs on a rusted out one 4.0 with 4wd. I just disconnected the axles @ the transfer case but left them there to save time, didn't unbolt the exhaust, undid the supports, wires, torque converter. Dropped t case, then lowered her down. I had another one sitting on the ground to put in so re-installation is the reverse of removal. Oh! Don't forget unplug batt and unbolt starter first two things!!. Any Q's hit me up at Caddyfanatic2@hotmail.com hope I helped, Peace!!
