In my opinion it all comes down to morality. If you see a mutant begging you to kill it, do it. But with that, alot of struggling with blood on your hands might come into play. I'm not really quite sure why it's completely a bad thing though. Like anything else there are people willing to do a job that most wouldn't want to. If I ever wanted to die, it would be nice if there was a suicide parlor or something, so I could at least go out properly... like I said, moral dilemma.
i suppose the worst thing would be having it on your mind forever that would be haunting and you might develop a mental problem. but you can get arrested so that is as wors as its known at the moment.
