New 383 stroker in a 84 camaro and the number 7 cylinder won't fire it has compression its getting fuel and spark i changed the cap rotor plugs and wires what else could it be?

Double check the firing order, you may have 5 & 7 crossed. 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2.
