Map pack 4 was speculated to come out on September 24th,2009, but it's well past that date and no map pack has been released. There hasn't been anything official confirming map pack 4. Also Infinity Ward has already stated that there will be no mode similar to Nazi Zombies in MW2, when asked he even rolled his eyes.
yes in mw2 there wont be at all. but on the ps3 there will be a new map for nazi zombies. possibly area 51 or something like that.
