If it won't turn over then suspect the starter. Check for power at the starter itself.
You, in all probabilty have either bad battery connections, a bad battery or the start solenoid. I would say the connections are the problem.
The turn signal flasher unit on a 1985 Nissan Sentra is under the dash on the driver's side. It is up under the dash just to the left of the brake pedal.
I don't know, but I have the same problem with my 2011 Sentra. :(

umm...my best guess would be to take it to a shop!
Use a code reader/scanner and clear all codes or try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for up to 30 mins then reconnect
The flasher unit on a 1992 Nissan Sentra is located under the dash, near the hood release. It sends an intermittent signal to the turn lamps to trigger the familiar flashing.

Its underneath the back seat. Turn the 3 black tabs pull off the cover and its right there.
