Refill the reservoir. Or, if full already, check the little rubber hoses from the reservoir to the outlets. If the checks out OK, check to Mae sure the pump is running when you activate the washer switch by haveing someone listen under the hood. No noise means the pump will need to be replaced or a wire is loose. If it is running and no fluid is being pumped it usually means that the impeller has come loose from the shaft for some reason and the pump will have to be replaced.

A bad relay switch will cause the windshield wipers to not turn off. Replace the relay switch and the windshield wipers should turn off.
