Noodles with different flavor can be okay for hepatitis C patients, but it depends on the type of noodle and seasoning.
People will have different opinions. My favorite is bacon, but BBQ beef are good, too.I would choose the bacon flavored noodles.
The flavor in the ramen noodles make your bones softer, and that is from a chef's point of view.

The Nongshim brand of noodles come without MSG are sold in most Walmarts in the asian foods section. Additionally, you can buy generic brands of ramen, toss out the seasoning packet and then flavor the noodles with your own sauces once you have cooked them.
