I just had that happen on my 91 z24. I thought is was the heater core, so I bought a new one. Once I tore the car apart I realized that it was that plastic hose that broke from the pressure in the line...that seems to be a weak spot in the design. The new heater core came with metal hoses so no plastic ones were necessary. I think theyve stopped using them, but if you dont want to spend the money on a new heater core, you could just try a plastic or rubber piece of tubing you might find at a hardware store. Just make sure it is strong and clamp it on the heater core and to the hose tightly and Im sure it will be fine.
Slide back the plastic cover to expose the "E" clip on the fitting. Remove the "E" clip with a small pick and then wiggle out the transmission line from the fitting. To install, replace the "E" ring first then snap the line back in and replace the plastic cover over the fitting.

Open the trunk and remove the plastic underneath the latch of the trunk and that will reveal the back of the tail lights. you will then see the plastic peace that connect to the bulb its self then turn the plastic connector and it will come out of the tail light and you will see the bulb then just pull out the bulb and push in the new one and reverse the steps..
replace the alternator
There are two ways to fix this problem. 1 get the factor oem fitting that has the plastic clip. 2 go to the hardware store and get a pipe fitting that fits the hole on one end and the heater hose on the other end.
Replace the fitting, they are cheap plastic, once the housing cracks and is leaking you just need to replace the whole thing. If the leak is coming from the threading though you can probably fix it with some teflon tape, just dont tighten down on the fitting too hard or you will have other problems
Gently pry back the plastic cover to expose the "C" clip that retains the line into the radiator fitting. Using a small pick, remove the "C" clip, now you can gently wiggle the cooling line out of the radiator fitting. Replace the "C" clip into the fitting before you reinsert the cooling line back in place, then snap plastic cover back in place.
The best way to repair a plastic dirt bike gas tank is to completely replace it. A faulty repair can result in leaks and potentially an uncontrollable fire.
I would simply call my mechanic.

Replacing the heater hose bypass fitting will depend on how the fitting was installed. It could be screwed or bolted in. Try searching for your specific vehicle for a detailed description of the install.
Replace the fitting.
