Ok what does it mean when your cat has smelly farts all the time and im not kidding like awful to where you have to leave the room is this healthy or is something wrong with him?

have you changed his food lately? is he indoor or outdoor cat? he might be snacking at the neighbor's house maybe? my experience is that cat has smelly gas when he was on a weight loss vet food - it probably had extra bulk fiber in it to make him feel full and therefore he had smelly gas. I can't tell when you posted your question - hopefully your cat is fine and happy now.
