THE SECOND FAN IN FRONT OF THE RADIATOR DOES NOT COME ON UNLESS THE AC IS ON AND TEMP GETS PAST A CERTAIN POINT. IF THE ONE BEHIND THE RADIATOR IS NOT WORKING THEN I WOUND BE CONCERNED. AS LONG AS YOUR CAR IS NOT OVERHEATING WITH THE A/C ON THE YOU ARE COOL. THE SECOND FAN RARELY COMES ON IN MY VETTE.
HI, My name is Jeff
that guy didnt really answer your question so i will try and put what i think fourth...on my 1985 there is a relay for the primary fan and a relay for the aux fan...replace both and see if that solvs it...if not i have had a weird case with my car ware the aftermarket computer chip did something to the ecm so the fans didnt turn on as soon as i removed it and put the stock one back in and fired it up the fans were functional and turning on once the engine got to 180
The fuel filter on a 1990 Chevrolet Corvette is changed by unscrewing the fuel line from both sides of the filter and removing the retaining clips. The filter can then be removed and a new filter put in its place.
the trailer pin marked aux will charge a battery on a trailer if both vehicle and trailer are wired correctly
because you ugly alternater.
If they are wired in parallel they are both charged at the same time. Basically the two batteries act like one larger battery.
both of my autoseatbelts went out ,i disconnected the battery and reconnected and they worked .
Some modems can have both...
Have them repaired or replaced ASAP. If you had to make an evasive move you could lose control of the vehicle.
Try checking the cylanoid both on the starter and at the battery they maybe bad. I changed mine to and make sure it isn't shorted out and wired correctly
Yes it works with both. but you might need to configure your computer to encrypt the file you are sending when using wired networks,
Look in your fuse panel on the passenger's side...it requires a 3 amp fuse and it controls both the power mirrors and cruise control. I just replaced on on my 90 Vette, now both work fine.
On the 1990 jeep with 4.2 Engine, the connectors are under the hood on a bracket right above and to the left of the battery. There are 2 plugs, both with beige rubber boots over them.
parallel battery wiring is hooking 2 batteries together in parallel series give you double the volts Clarification: Parallel battery wiring is where two or more batteries are hooked together in parallel (i.e. both/all positive battery terminals are wiredtogether, and both/all negative battery terminals are wired together. This results in a battery voltage which is the same as that of the individual batteries (typically 12V in most cars). The reason for doing this is to boost battery capacity- two identical batteries wired in parallel give twice the electical storage capacity of one battery. No increase in voltage is obtained with parallel wiring. Series wiring is where two or more batteries are hooked together in series (i.e. positive terminal of the first battery is hooked to the negative terminal of the second battery). The resulting voltage is the sum of the individual battery voltages - if two 12V batteries are hooked together, the resulting voltage will be 24V. No increase of storage capacity is obtained with series wiring.
