On a 2002 beetle the heated seats no longer work and fuses appear ok any ideas?
take a volt Ohm meter to either side of one wire then do the same for the other, if the ohm's dont give you a steady reading then the iwre needs to be replaced.

its a common prob... I dont know why this works, but try to disconnect the yellow wireconnections under the front seats, then connect them again, and now it stops. I found this solution on a homepage for british mondeo lovers (!) - i dont know why it works but it did for me...
