Pokemon's ID is your Trainer Card ID!
The ID number refers to the TRAINER who caught it, not the Pokemon itself. The ID is made up when you start a new game and is exclusive to you. Whenever you catch a Pokemon it will be given YOUR ID. If you trade with someone, however, that Pokemon will show you FRIEND's ID.
