How do you know if someone deleted you by Skype?
You can't. You will know if they BLOCKED you when their status becomes offline with an "?". If they only deleted you you will still see their online status.

no. but you can still speak to them on skype, if someone that you have got is ringing them, and they add you to the conference.

No, when blocked it means you are not able to send or receive messages, pictures etc to or from the msn user.
Why does my Skype call not connect?
One easily overlooked and very simple solution is that within skype you are 'offline'. When you are trying to dial and it is not working, go to the top left corner of the page. There are a number of tabs there. One simply says 'skype'. It has a little drop down menu on it. You will see what you need to do. For some reason, on some computers skype installs and is 'on line', while on others it seems to install offline. So before you check firewalls and ports and all of that, check to see that you are actually on line. Strangely, it is even possible to access the skype help page via the internet and still be offline.
Why is it necessary to remain online whenever you chat?
well no one will be able to see you if you go offline but if you are talking to someone and you go offline tell the you are still there.

Oh yes, you can still use skype. You can use RingCentral VoIP Services too.
