The front rotor on the 1999 S10 4 wheel drive will slide off the hub unless it is rusted on, in which case some penetrating oil and a couple gentle taps with a hammer should break it loose.
The front wheel stud on a 1992 Chevy Blazer S10 can be changed by jacking the vehicle up, removing the wheel, and unbolting the caliper. The rotor assembly can then be removed, and the wheel stud pressed or hammered out of its seat.
If the rotor of the 2001 Honda Accord will does not have mounting hardware it is pressed on. To remove these types of rotors the caliper will have to be unmounted. The rotor will then come off.
Clockwise.
If you have pressed-together rotor/hub assemblies you need to press out the six wheel studs (with a press) or knock them out (with a brass punch and a hammer). Then remove the two 14mm bolts and separate the rotor from the hub.
You have warped rotor(s). Replacement or machining of rotor(s) required to fix that condition.
under the distributor cap and rotor button
Underneath the rotor in the distributor. Crazy I know...
They have to be pressed out mechanically. Mitsubishi blew it on this design.
Lift the wheel in Question. Remove the tire. Remove the disc brake assembly. pull the rotor off. replace in reverse order.
the hub must be removed to take off the rotor.special tools are required to remove the rotor.
A brake and rotor replacement for a Chevy Blazer typically costs between $300 and $600 depending on the number of components that need to be replaced. Generally rotors will last the life of the vehicle unless the pads have been allowed to wear excessively.
once you remove the locking hub assembly and lockrings the rotor-hub assembly comes off in one piece. The rotors are pressed onto the hubs. You will need to take them to a brake repair shop or machine shop to get them seperated. I've done it at home by hammering out the wheel lug studs but still needed to take the new rotor and hub to a shop to get them pressed together so you might as well as take them from the get go.
