If the rotor of the 2001 Honda Accord will does not have mounting hardware it is pressed on. To remove these types of rotors the caliper will have to be unmounted. The rotor will then come off.

If you have a pulsating on stopping is an indication they are warped. They would have to be checked with a micrometer to tell if they can be resurfaced.

if your rotors r worn you see little groves on them that go all the way around these grove tend to have a rust color

everytime you change brakes you should have rotors turned by an automotive shop or store. They will tell you if they can be turned anymore and if not you will have to buy new ones.

You can tell if a Lincoln needs a new rotors by the braking fashion of the car. When applying the foot to the brakes, if the pedal tends to vibrate, the rotors could be deteriorating.

Possibly, as they are the same generaion. Compare them yourself and you should be able to tell if they are the same.

No. They tell you this so that you'll use a dealership and get charged out the butt for it.

To do it yourself on 2002 model, for two new rotors and brake pads, the parts are around $130-$250 depending on the level of quality you choose and where you purchase. Shop around. If the old rotors are still thick enough to machine, some money can be saved by doing that instead of buying new. Most brake shops can machine rotors from $20 and up each, if you bring them the rotors. Shop around for decent prices and if they tell you they're too thin to turn, protect yourself from fraud by getting a second opinion elsewhere or disposing of the rotors elsewhere (that way they can't just say they're no good, keep the rotors, turn them and sell them to someone else for more).

Your car came with the option of having rear disc brake or drums. The simple way to tell is to look the the wheel and see if you see rotors if you dont see rotors than you have drum brakes

It "tells" something what to do. For example if you pressed caps lock it would "tell" the computer to type in capitals.
