The CD will be listed in the left hand pane of iTunes. Select the CD title and all the tracks will be listed. Right click on the tracks you want to import and select Create AAC (or MP3) Version. This will create a copy of the track and add it to your library. When you next connect your iPod to iTunes you can add the tracks from your library as required.

Your MP3 should come up as one of the devices. Then select the songs you want and click Copy Music. EASY!!!!!
