Take a flat screw driver and use it to push the spring away from the hood latch. Locate the screw driver at the end of the cable. This works for mine.
The twist is to identify the connector which is assigned for drive A.And the other end connector is for mother board.
The cable came off cause something broke, buy a new regulator.
